Description: Experienced and highly capable Quality Managers required for a globally renowned Nuclear client.
Salary: to £58k negotiable dependant upon experience - full relocation package available
Our client specialise in a range of projects and activities associated with the decommissioning, infrastructure, effluent operations and spent fuel management at one of the most complex nuclear sites in the world, and as a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit experienced, dynamic and proactive Quality Managers to coordinate the activities of their established and successful teams.
Based in either West Cumbria or Cheshire, the Quality Manager positions are multi-disciplinary roles providing support to existing site operations as well as the nuclear new-build programme, and several positions currently exist within the project specific quality teams as well the Quality Control department that provides inspection services to the site and supply chain. The roles are varied and successful candidates will have a proven track record in any of the following fields:
- Management system development and implementation as well as the deployment of improvement measures, tools and techniques.
- Implementation and oversight of assurance/inspection activities to ensure high risk products and services delivered to the site meet stakeholder requirements and delivery milestones.
- Audit and assessment (internal, external or supply chain) to national and international standards as well as company specific contract quality requirements.
To be considered for these exciting and extremely challenging opportunities, you will demonstrate an EC&I or Mechanical background and have the ability to interpret drawings, specifications and standards, with the Mechanical positions requiring experience in welding & fabrication and a broad knowledge and understanding of NDE techniques.
