Description: Multi skilled Maintenance Manager required to coordinate the activities of a busy maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
Salary: to £37k plus benefits
Our client is part of an international company specialising in the manufacture of high quality ceramic sanitary ware for global supply, and as a result of continued success and a planned program of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit a dynamic, motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to complement their established and successful team.
Reporting to the Business Director, the successful candidate will form part of the Senior Management Team and will coordinate the activities of a busy maintenance function consisting of 9 multi skilled individuals, tasked with both Planned Preventative and reactive maintenance and continuous improvement activities associated with a high volume production environment.
Whilst experience within the sanitary ware sector would prove distinctly advantageous, the role will suit an articulate and proactive project manager with excellent people management and motivational skills, demonstrating a multi skilled engineering background and relevant engineering qualifications.
