Our globally renowned client works with a diverse range of automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers throughout the world, and as a result of continued success and a planned program of strategic growth, are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Logistics Analyst to complement their established and successful team.
Based in Brownhills and reporting to the Materials Planning and Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will support the effective running of the Planning department, ensuring customer demands are met through the effective analysis of schedules and supporting customers on day to day issues.
You will perform a range of duties and activities that will include the download and production of daily client manifests and weekly forecasts and the download of daily call offs and weekly forecasts for various major automotive customers, monitoring goods inwards and scrap and reviewing schedules and planning, and checking for incoming bulletins, monitoring build change weekly and dealing with disputes when they may arise, whilst updating the Kanban list for despatch and sending copies where required.
You will input weekly schedules, booking DHL and dealing with queries and monitoring shipments from oversees (Egypt) whilst liaising with hauliers and monitoring both outgoing and incoming packaging for JLR/Ford.
