Our established client, regarded by many within the industry as market leaders within their specialist sector, are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, self motivated and highly capable Detail Design Draughtsperson to compliment their existing established and successful team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exhaustive skills and experience in the use of SolidWorks and will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that will ensure a smooth integration to the existing successful department.

Additionally, you will demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience in working on a diverse range of projects, ideally allied to vehicle ventilation and air conditioning applications, in either the rail, defence or automotive sectors – and will be seeking a stable and progressive career opportunity within an impressive design function rather than merely “another job” – such is the committed ethos and culture of this dynamic environment.

Ideally qualified to at least HND in Mechanical Engineering, you will demonstrate at least 5 years experience gained within a similarly professional and technically challenging systems solution design environment, with additional exposure to associated electrical design (gensets, panel layouts, wiring harnesses etc) proving distinctly advantageous.
