Our client specialise in the distribution of precision automotive components to clients across the UK, and as a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated Business Intelligence Manager to complement their established and professional team.
Based in Birmingham and reporting to the Sales Director and MD, the successful candidate will be tasked with collecting and analysing numerical information for subsequent presentation using diagrams, tables, charts, graphs and reports to a wide range of end users.

Duties will include undertaking a range of company rebate activities, conducting price line reviews and auditing, reporting on varies areas including component costing, bank credit reports, warranty analysis and wage reporting, establishing and implementing KPI’s for the company and ensuring buy in along the way.
Other duties will include preparing tender and pricing documentation, implementing price changes, setting up new customer accounts and supporting customer and sales presentations as required. You will be responsible for analysing pricing structures, carriage costs and buyers guides as well as performing Pareto analysis and competition data work analysis, reporting on suppliers as required and updating product information and deleted parts information where necessary.
This is a varied and challenging role that will suit an experience Business Intelligence Manager demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. You will possess relevant IT related qualifications
and exceptional problem solving abilities with a logical and methodical approach. With your exhaustive ability in interpreting and analysing data, you will be both proactive and self-motivated with excellent mathematical skills and the ability to work under
pressure to strict deadlines.
