Description: Experienced and highly capable Business Analyst required for globally renowned products and services provider.

seeking to recruit a dynamic, adaptable and highly experienced Business Analyst to complement their established IS department.
Reporting to the Head of Business Systems, the successful candidate will be responsible for the definition, design and delivery of all component requirements of the company’s business initiative, identifying risks effort and complexity in data
collection and analysis including all assumptions and compromises, and both defining the data required to match the analysis requirements and the associated data collection methods and formats.
Able to deliver presentations and analysis to the management and analysis teams, you will be responsible for the identification and engagement of relevant suppliers/software to deliver the defined requirements whilst working closely with the delivery team to define, test and implement all data collection and analysis tools.
You will be a confident communicator at all levels as the role necessitates extensive contact with both internal management, data owners across the business as well as external customers including Managing Directors, Farmers and Production Managers, so an articulate and intelligent communication style with the ability to build, influence and maintain valuable business relationships is critical for success in the position.
To be considered for this varied and challenging opportunity, you will realistically demonstrate a relevant Degree or equivalent (business / numerate / engineering / analysis) with an essential excellent understanding of business analysis methods and their application.
You will demonstrate exhaustive knowledge of data collection and data manipulation methods as well as a good understanding of business intelligence and reporting. Experience of the process or food manufacturing industry sectors will prove
distinctly advantageous, as will experience of Dynamics AX and other ERP systems utilised within a manufacturing environment.
