Our established and highly successful niche sector client offers a range of highest quality services that encompass Project Management and Implementation, Consultancy and Software Development to blue chip clients worldwide, and as a result of continued success and an ongoing planned programme of strategic growth, are now seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and customer-dedicated Support Delivery Manager to complement their highly professional System Support team.
Tasked with all aspects of Project and long-term Service Contract delivery, the successful candidate will undertake a wide range of Key Account, Subcontract and Client Satisfaction management activities as well as creating and presenting monthly project financial status reports to the senior management team.
Additionally, as relationships continue to evolve and strengthen with customers, you will also be skilled in identifying potential additional opportunities that will benefit the client from the comprehensive product portfolio available and be able to influence commercially favourable buying decisions on a regular basis.
To be considered for this varied and challenging role it is envisaged that you will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience in a technical or engineering key account management environment.
You will be both team and customer focused and skilled in relationship building at all levels with a proven track record of successfully achieving and beating targets, with the ability to create commercially attractive technical tender and quotation documentation proving distinctly advantageous.
