Ref: PTR10/925 Location: West Midlands base covering the UK Description: Reporting to the Aftermarket Manager and Chief Electrical Commissioning Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking site electrical installation work, in house wiring and ppm / reactive maintenance activities at a range of locations throughout the UK. Reporting to the Aftermarket Manager and ChiefElectrical Commissioning Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for site electrical installations, in house wiring and maintenance at a range of locations throughout the UK. Duties will be varied and will include:
To be considered for this exciting and varied opportunity with a globally renowned organisation, you will be wholly flexible and prepared to work away from home, both UK and overseas, and have achieved City and Guilds 2360 Part 1&2, City and Guilds 17th Edition Regulations and City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualifications and possess a full UK driving licence.
Additionally you will be IT literate and able to interpret wiring schematics and cable schedules whilst working independently with minimum supervision. Whilst preference will be shown to those with water industry experience, industrial electrical installation experience is the biggest priority with skills and experience in wiring control instrumentation and PLC’s proving distinctly advantageous. The role combines site and office work so communication skills and a self motivated approach are critical to the position.
