Our client specialize in the design and supply of equipment used in the treatment of domestic and industrial water and wastewater, and as a result of recent positive restructuring and a series of strategic acquisitions that have provided the organisation with recognized trademarks, cutting edge technology and access to new markets including sea water desalination and energy, they offer a complete range of both solutions and products on a Global basis and are seeking to recruit an experienced Electrical Engineer to compliment their existing team.
Reporting to the Integrated Solutions Group Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical and control design assistance on a range of Integrated Solutions, and will undertake a range of duties that include:
To be considered for this varied and challenging position, you will possess at least a degree in electrical or control engineering, a full UK driving licence and knowledge of current edition BS7671. Additionally you will be IT literate, able to interpret wiring schematics and work independently and under pressure to adhere to strict project deadlines. It is envisaged that you will demonstrate at least 5 years experience within the water industry in both a site and office capacity and be confident in specifying in control instrumentation and PLC’s (Siemens and Allen Bradley preferable).
