Description: Experienced Export Sales and Business Development professional required to develop European commercially sustainable expansion program.
** It is ESSENTIAL that you speak at least one other European language for this business critical position AND be able to demonstrate laminating, coating or adhesive industry sector experience.
Salary: to £50k plus benefits
Our client is one of the worlds most highly regarded manufacturers of products for graphics finishing and display applications, and as a result of recent positive internal restructuring, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic Export Sales Management professional to compliment an established and successful team.

The successful candidate will undertake extensive Export Sales Management and European Business Development activities, and will become a key role within our client organisation, tasked with developing and implementing commercially sustainable European expansion strategy that recruits select distributors, drives customer account acquisition, engenders loyalty and has positive consumer retail effect.

Essentially, the successful candidate will speak AT LEAST one other European language in addition to English, and will demonstrate directly relevant industry sector experience – having worked within the graphics finishing, laminating special purpose machinery or adhesive / coatings sectors.
You will be an energetic self-starter who is able to positively influence at all levels, and will demonstrate a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and the ability to bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and education. The individual will have previous European or Global business development experience working with calibre distributors and possibly direct sales teams, and will demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills.
